Magic Pills
It should be obvious but unfortunately too many people fall for the premise that there is a magic pill out there to instantly cure all your troubles. There is not! If someone is promising you a guaranteed method of enlightenment it is a con and you are allowing yourself to be conned.
Similarly is someone is guaranteeing a sure fire way to miraculously heal long held wounds it is an empty promise that can only be filled with a placebo effect and has nothing to do with a technique.
Our deepest injuries do not go away overnight, they take time to heal we know this from an abundance of scientific evidence. The good news is they do heal, but it does take effort and courage and good support to do so.
And yet even though people intuitively know the above, they will seek that magic pill. Ever wonder if they will eventually ponder what they are attempting to escape from instead of confronting it with honesty?
