Poetry is a good way to bypass the head. The trick is not to think, rather just let it speak to your being without judgment. Try it:

That all that you do is sacred.

That every thought and action is sacred.
That this is the time
For you to compute the impossibility
That there is anything
But Grace.

Is Sacred
