On this page you will find some book recommendations organised in several categories. The categories represent the most frequent type of conditions I see in clients and get frequent questions about. I often recommend these books to psychotherapy clients which has proven to be useful to them.

I will add categories as they come to mind. For instance, I am in the process of finding good books on personality disorders written for clients. There are some useful books for therapists on this topic, but these tend to be a bit technical for the average reader.
